Localization of Generator Assembly for Surface-to-Air Missile Systems

Partnering with Bokuk Electric, an LIG Nex1 subcontractor, to localize generator assembly in Saudi Arabia. This program supports Vision 2030 by building national expertise and strengthening the readiness of air defense infrastructure.

Field Service Readiness for Defense Deployments

Built on 24/7 industrial field support operations across 16+ active sites, MOMAC provides a pre-existing rapid-response footprint that can be extended to mission-critical defense systems and platforms across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.

MRO Infrastructure Proven for Defense Platforms

Built on MOMAC’s experience in component rebuilds, engine overhauls, and field-service logistics, this infrastructure now supports the sustainment of Bokuk tactical power systems deployed in LIG Nex1 air defense solutions and compatible with EW, radar, and C2 platforms.

 

The same MRO capability is being expanded to military systems localized in Saudi Arabia, creating a full assembly to sustainment pipeline for Western OEMs.

Pioneering Software-Defined Manufacturing in Saudi Arabia

Developed entirely in-house by MOMAC engineers, the SDM dashboard is among the first of its kind in the Kingdom. Powered by AI and machine learning, it enables managers to model workflows, track KPIs, detect bottlenecks, and optimize manpower in real time, positioning MOMAC at the forefront of digital transformation in defense manufacturing under Vision 2030.

Defense Programs Lead

Brendon brings over five years of operational experience with the French Foreign Legion’s elite 2nd Parachute Regiment (2ème REP). His service shaped a career defined by leadership, resilience, and an authentic understanding of the demands placed on modern military organizations.

At MOMAC Defense, Brendon applies this frontline experience to ensure our solutions are designed with real-world operational requirements in mind. His background in guiding teams through high-pressure deployments provides unique insight into the standards of reliability, performance, and adaptability that defense partners expect.

After his military career, Brendon pursued business studies, adding strategic and organizational expertise to his operational foundation. This combination of practical combat experience and business acumen strengthens MOMAC Defense’s ability to deliver equipment, systems, and services that meet the highest expectations and directly support mission success.

Esteban Várady,
Head of Defense Programs

Esteban leads MOMAC Defense’s initiatives, bridging the gap between Western defense OEMs and Saudi Arabia’s localization and industrial ambitions under Vision 2030.

 

A former communications specialist with the French Foreign Legion’s 2nd Parachute Regiment (2ème REP) and a trained Software Engineer; Esteban brings a unique blend of operational insight and technical expertise to MOMAC Defense. His leadership ensures that the company’s programs remain strategically aligned, operationally grounded, and technologically forward-looking.

 

He oversees program strategy, business development, and technology integration, in order to deliver impactful solutions for OEMs and government partners while advancing innovation in software-defined manufacturing and digital transformation.

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Farid’s profile combines deep expertise in mechanical and petroleum engineering with proven project management and business leadership, making him a key contributor to MOMAC Defense’s operational strategy. His technical background, strengthened by experience as an Operations Engineer and certification in Wild Well Control, gives him an acute understanding of engines, power systems, and heavy equipment performance under extreme conditions; knowledge directly relevant to the rigorous standards of the defense industry.

 

Throughout his career, Farid has managed large-scale projects and multidisciplinary crews, consistently prioritizing safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with international regulations. This hands-on expertise allows him to translate engineering precision into practical defense solutions, supporting OEM localization, MRO, and field operations across Saudi Arabia, ensuring that MOMAC Defense delivers equipment and systems that are both reliable in the field and aligned with mission-critical requirements.

Argenis Jiménez,
Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Argenis combines mechanical engineering expertise and international business development with hands-on experience in heavy equipment and fleet management — capabilities that directly support MOMAC Defense’s mission of delivering reliable engines and defense systems. Over his career, he has built strategic partnerships with leading OEMs such as Hyundai, Yutong, Weichai Lovol,and Kotai, giving him deep insight into global supply chains and the technical standards required to support military transport and heavy-duty operations.

His background includes optimizing heavy truck and construction fleet maintenance systems, overseeing large operational teams, and ensuring equipment performance under demanding conditions. Certified on Caterpillar mechanical engines and Ariel mechanical compressors, Argenis brings technical credibility that translates into practical solutions for defense applications. His role in negotiating and presenting a multi-million-dollar power generation project at the ministerial level further demonstrates his ability to align engineering expertise with strategic business outcomes.
